There are 14 clubs in a full golf club set. This includes woods: 1, 3, and 5, golf irons 2 through 9. You will also have a pitching wedge, a putter and a sand wedge.

If titanium is too expensive for you then the next best thing is cast iron. Steel would be the last choice.
